Payment

What payment methods can I use? - On our web shop you can safely pay with your credit card through PayPal. 
The credit cards that can be used are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A PayPal account is not required. 

When is my credit card debited? - Your credit card is debited when you pay for your order in our web shop.

 

Privacy

How will you treat my personal information that I enter on your web shop? - Your privacy is important to us and we at United Offset are committed to your privacy, you can read more about our privacy statementin our Terms & Conditions.

 

Delivery

How long does it take to process my order? - The processing of your order does not take long. As soon as the order is paid in full, we start processing your order. Normally an order ships within 2-3 business days.

What if I change my mind and want to change my order once my order is placed? - Once an order is placed and paid for at our web shop, you can not make any changes. Therefore it is very important that you check so that you order is correct before you proceed to paying for your order.

Can I return a purchased product? - Since all orders are custom printed No Returns are accepted

Order History

Can I view my previous transactions at your web shop? - Yes, by registering with us through our web shop, you can check your order status online and view your previous order history. You can also change your password or make changes in your address book.
